ECDIT- Investment Trust is owned by ELCT-ECD as an autonomous organization whose main purpose is to incorporate all ECD projects into single institution (means the projects from Diocese level, District and parish). The current project portfolios include real estates and other projects at Dar es Salaam, Coast and Zanzibar islands. Some of the projects are as follows
(i)                 Tanzania Agro -  Forestry Initiatives (TAI)
(ii)               Staff settlement project (makazi bora)
(iii)             Luther House Hostel
(iv)             Luther House building (office space for rent)
(v)               Msasani Multipurpose
(vi)             Kijitonyama Lutheran Trust
(vii)            And other short term projects
